Toastmaster

“When so much care and expense has been taken in planning the Reception and Wedding Breakfast, it is wise to engage a Toastmaster to ensure that it proceeds as planned. The Toastmaster takes the worry out of your special event and gives a quality service for the finishing touch”.

Although the wedding day is a day of glorious celebration, it can also be a day of stress and anxiety for all the members of the bridal party, the Bride, the Bridegroom, Mothers, Fathers, Best Man and even the Bridesmaids. Everything must be perfect.

Toastmaster James Birmingham, Past-President of the London Guild of Toastmasters and a Freeman of the City of London, dressed in his red tailcoat regalia, will relieve the pressure, he is an expert in the etiquette, protocol and customs of the Reception and Wedding Breakfast.

From his past experience of hundreds of such occasions, James’s presence will enable the Principles to relax and enjoy the day. He is aware of who does what, when, how, where and most importantly why. James will create an atmosphere as formal or as informal as you wish, he will reassure the nervous and will make the event even more special for everyone, particularly for the Bride and Bridegroom. He will ensure that the Reception and subsequent Wedding Breakfast proceeds in the agreed manner, this enables the catering staff to concentrate on their important role.

Once the booking is confirmed, James is available to assist you with any problems that you may have regarding the Wedding Day.

“Generally, if the client lives within a ten mile radius James will visit the client two weeks before the big day to check details and final arrangements to ensure that nothing has been overlooked.”
