RED Anywhere has been appointed to manage all catering on site which is headed up by Daniel Clarke MCGB (Master Chefs of Great Britain). Daniel is one of only 45 chefs in the UK to hold such an accolade and is one of the youngest to hold a MCGB award.
Daniel founded Red Anywhere after training with top chefs in Michelin starred restaurants throughout the UK and will be creating the innovative menus available in the Ocean Suite. Some of Red’s signature dishes include Thai Style Fish Cake, Coriander Slaw, Tomato & Coconut Broth, Roasted Local Asparagus amd Parmesan Crackling.
